It shows a guardian of some kind, guarding the essence of Summer during the cold frost of Winter.
The Guardians, made up of all that is forest, have certain abilities and they are even granted to use the powers of Summer at will. Creating patches of fresh grass and flowers for the tiny animals to feed on is one of their abilities.
Painted over several evenings, 2 layers and no reference used.
Ask for permission before using this image for any reason.
Painted in Photoshop using a wacom intuos 3 tablet.
