Interior art for HARP by IronCrownEnterprises - 2 by Shockbolt Interior art for HARP by IronCrownEnterprises - 2 by Shockbolt
Iron Crown Enterprises is a name that has been with the rpg industry for decades. I was asked to paint replacement artwork for their upcoming new editions of books in the HARP system.

What you see here are a few interior illustrations for the new edition of the HARP Martial law, out of many that I painted for them.

HARP is a condensed and much faster rpg system than their Rolemaster rpg system. You can find info of both rpg systems here: [link] and here: [link]

Do not use for any reason without my written permission.

Your fantasy art captures something that is so missing in a lot of fantasy art today.

Thanks again! I think a certain artist named Angus McBride has been a huge source of inspiration, some of his art magic might have rubbed off a little in some of my own images :)

Thank you! It helps browsing the net for favourite artists, using their arwork for inspiration. If not directly wanting to paint in the same style, their images and the story the images tell, do inspire greatly. I know as I've been there before and I still am learning something new all the time. :)

And as you mention, owning a tablet makes a huge difference when it comes to digital painting, compared to a mouse. I also used a mouse to paint with for the first 4-5 years of my early career start. Keep painting and keep improving :)
