Hello good people! I know it's been way too long since I had stuff going on here, and I mean personal
fantasy paintings, middle-earth related paintings and the occasional scifi image. And I am sorry, sorry that my desire
to get myself into the gaming industry has lead me away from the fun path of painting personal artwork.
Looking over my DA statistics, which I have neglected for far too long, I see that there are almost 2.5K watchers to my
DA account..to me that is a crazy number..and I'm amazed that most of you have stuck with me, a mediocre digital artist even through the lack
of updates and the lack of new imagery of the kind that probably was the reason why you added my account to your
watchlist in the first place.
I hope to change that. I plan to start painting artwork based solely on my own wants and desires again on a regular basis.
The last couple of years have been taxing for me, I've spent far too much time, effort and energy trying to get where I want in life,
neglecting the needs and wants of others close to me, friends and loved ones. I have spent almost every moment awake,
planning, thinking, working my way to this place where I am now and it's a curse really, because when you are so set on achieving
something, you lose focus and interest in much else. So being creative is both a curse and a blessing. But I'm almost there now, almost there where I'd like to be.
When you really want to achieve something, you have to make sacrifices, I sure hope mine was worth it..
It's been a tough ride and a fun ride. I've gotten to work with a few companies which has kinda been one of my dreams since back when I was
an adventurous kid that loved everything with a fantasy or scifi element in it. And ever since I got to know
and admire the artwork of Angus McBride on the covers of the rpg rulebooks that IronCrownEnterprises published at that time I was 12
which was what sparked my interest in painting in the first place.

One of the projects I've been struggling with and trying to get going, is designing and making my own iOS games for iPhones/iPads through
my own team going under the name Ironthrone Games. I'm not particularly fond of Apple products but they represent stability
and fixed specs and therefor are easy to work with, compared to Android based mobiles and the multitude of various specs and screens.
I say struggling, because working for free, and asking others to join in, on contracts that promise them a cut of the income once
the games are finished aint easy. Luckily I've managed to find a few good programmers to help create the games I am
developing through my personal project team that is Ironthrone Games.
The first game to get finished and hopefully get through the needle eye that is App store, is JungleRunner. For now I'll just add a link
to the website where I'm keeping people updated about our progress, but I'll also post info about the games in future Journal updates here on DA.
